When will I receive the product?

We will ship your order within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) of your order.

Please tell me your regular holidays

Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, summer holidays, and New Year's holidays.

The package with the tracking number sent via email is displayed as not applicable.

As soon as a tracking number is issued by our warehouse, an email will be sent to the buyer's email address containing the tracking number for the package. Please check the delivery status etc. In addition, there may be a time lag of several hours before tracking is possible depending on the shipping company's collection and system reflection status.
